Commercial building damaged in Rajbagh blaze, two F&ES men injured | KNO

Srinagar, May 28 (KNO): A late evening fire damaged a commercial building in Rajbagh Srinagar and injured two fire service men, officials said on Tuesday. An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that a late evening fire incident occurred at Rajbagh Srinagar, where a commercial building was damaged and two fire service men were injured. He added that both of them have been sent to the hospital and their condition is said to be stable, while the fire has damaged the top story of the building, and has been put under control. The injured were later identified as fireman Basit (30), who fell unconscious due to suffocation, and Akshy Sehgal, who fell down from the staircase of the building. Meanwhile, the cause of the fire was being ascertained—(KNO)
